Our Supportive Living Services Program faciliates maximum independence and self-sufficiency. It is based on the belief that each individual has a right to choose those who will assist him/her in meeting personal and community needs.

Our Supportive Living Services Program includes, but is not limited to:

  • Assessing the consumer's needs
  • Helping to find, modify and maintain a home of their own in a community of their choice
  • Supporting consumers to make their own everyday choices and plan for their future
  • Supporting and training in all aspects of daily living
  • Supporting the consumer in parenting skills

  • Providing 24 hour emergency response, if needed
  • Recruiting, hiring and training appropriate individuals to provide direct support
  • Facilitating Circles of Support to develop paid, unpaid and/or natural supports in the community
  • Facilitating Self-Advocacy
  • Developing Community Support - classes such as Computer, Fitness and Art
